Somerset Academy Canyons is a new charter school located in Boynton Beach, FL. This is our inaugural year and there are many needs within the school and little funds to acquire those needs. As a result, the Band department and Color Guard of Somerset will be sponsoring a community wide event for all school departments to raise funds. Somerset’s first annual “Family Fun Day” will be held on Saturday May 24, 2014 from 10am-5pm. We are inviting a select number of businesses to also participate in this event. This will help the businesses promote their service or product and increase their clientele. Each business participant will offer giveaway prizes or facilitate a kids’ activity during the event. The fee to participate is $75 per space with no cover, $125 for a covered space, or $150 for a covered space with electricity. We are asking each business in a non-covered space to provide a 10x10 tent. Any business wishing to do a demonstration (dance, karate, workout routine, ... ) on our stage area, please let me know so you can be issued a time (this is only available to businesses participating with a vendor space).
